My Personal Property Investment Story
I’m especially passionate about property investment because of my own personal successes with it. In the late 2000s, I partnered with my husband Rich Danby to begin flipping houses on the side. Very quickly, we realized the great potential in doing so; in fact, flipping just one home could earn us an entire year’s salary! So we began using the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) Method—buying up properties, keeping some in our portfolio, and flipping others for quick cash.
For each flip, I project managed all the renovations, oversaw general contractors, and even did the home staging. Over time, my husband and I built businesses and expanded our professional expertise into many aspects of the property investment process, including ROI Staging, ROI Construction, and Rich Ottawa Investments.
Put simply, we love finding opportunities to create wealth through property investment—and have made it our life’s work to share our expertise so others may also experience the financial freedom we’ve come to enjoy.
